Terms and Conditions of Sale

Rules governing your purchases on Recyclhome.

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Recyclhome website. They aim to define the contractual relationship between the artist-creator and his clients.

Products and works

Under the slogan "The art of re-creating", Recyclhome offers unique artisanal creations (sculptures, lamps) made from recycled and upcycled materials. Each piece is an original work. Variations in textures or shades (metal, wood) are natural and guarantee the authenticity of the object. Each creation comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI (micro-enterprise regime). Delivery costs are included in the price displayed for France and the European Union. Recyclhome reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.

Payment

Payment is due upon order via bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal. The order will be shipped once payment is validated.

Delivery

Works are shipped by the artist. Average delivery times after dispatch:

  • France: 5 to 10 working days — via Mondial Relay
  • Switzerland: 5 to 10 working days — via La Poste Suisse
  • European Union: 8 to 15 working days — via Mondial Relay
  • United Kingdom: 10 to 20 working days — via La Poste
  • International: 10 to 20 working days — via La Poste

For deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, International), customs fees, taxes, and import duties may be required upon receipt, according to the regulations of the destination country. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. Recyclhome cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or losses attributable to the carrier.

Right of withdrawal and custom exception

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Exception: in accordance with article L221-28, this right does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom orders).

Returns and refunds

For standard pieces, returns are accepted within 14 days. Return shipping costs and transport insurance (up to the value of the work) remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. The work must be returned in its original condition. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned work, by the same payment method used for the order.

Legal guarantees

Recyclhome is bound by the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer can use the consumer mediator we are affiliated with free of charge: CM2C, 49 Rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — https://www.cm2c.net/ French law is solely applicable to these GTC.
