Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Hamon Law), you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.

Return conditions

The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Custom orders

Creations made specifically according to your instructions cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Return shipping costs

The transport costs for the return are at the buyer's expense.

Refund

Once the item has been received and checked at the workshop, I will proceed with a full refund of your order via the payment method used during the purchase.
