Are the pieces truly unique?
Yes, absolutely. Each sculpture, frame, and light fixture is an original creation that I craft by hand. Due to the use of recycled materials (mechanical parts, driftwood), it's impossible for me to reproduce two identical pieces. You are purchasing a unique work of art.
Do you offer custom creations?
Yes! I can bring your most specific projects to life: particular decorative objects, artistic structures, custom installations... Contact me via the Contact page to share your ideas.
How can I be sure of the authenticity of my artwork?
Each creation comes with its certificate of authenticity. This document attests to the unique nature of the work and its artisanal French manufacture.
Where do the materials come from?
I source and recover used mechanical parts, scrap metals, and raw wood such as driftwood. Each material is carefully cleaned, treated, and enhanced to begin a second life.
Do the lamps and sculptures require special maintenance?
The metal is treated and protected to last over time. Simple regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth is sufficient. Never use chemical products or water on metal or electrical parts.
Orders, delivery & tracking
What are the delivery times?
Allow between 3 and 5 business days for your package to be prepared, then 3 to 5 business days for delivery via Mondial Relay, for a total of approximately 6 to 10 business days.
Which carrier do you use?
I use Mondial Relay services, with a choice of home delivery or pickup point.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are directly included in the price of each artwork. No additional fees at checkout.
Do you deliver internationally?
I primarily deliver in France and Europe. For delivery outside these areas, please contact me directly via the contact form.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept bank cards (Cartes Bancaires, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay, as well as interest-free payment in 3 or 4 installments with Klarna. All transactions are secured by the Shopify platform.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a creation?
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Hamon Law), you have a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Custom-made creations cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
How does the refund process work?
Once the piece is received and inspected at the workshop, I will process a full refund via the payment method used for the purchase.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Contact me immediately (within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt) via the contact form with photos of the package and the damaged piece. I will quickly find a solution.
